To wrap up it all up, we invited Prof Binshan to give his thought to ARI's journal administrators and the librarians from the PTAR library. In a nutshell, we need policy on publishing in Scopus and/ISI for the followings: teaching downloads, international travels, teaching graduate courses and promotion. Prof Binshan is also confident that at least 20 papers could be published in Scopus journals from the current workshop.
