Today, there is a shifting landscape for knowledge generation in contemporary societies towards transdisciplinary (TD) research. TD relates to the process with the convergence among disciplines, accompanying by a mutual integration of the disciplinary epistemologies. Due to its importance, there's new research Institute such as Transdisciplinary Research on Energetics and Cancer Centers ( e.g.https://www.compass.fhcrc.org/trec/), Transdiciplinary Studies (e.g. www.woodbury.edu/), TD journal (e.g International Journal of Transdiciplinary Research - IJTR) and even TD Research Award (see UNMC/Nottingham Academic Staff Transdisciplinary Research Awards. In line with the university's research cluster, ARI proposes to undertake TD as its way forward for doing research....
