Today, the AFC713 students from Master of Forensic Accounting and Financial Criminology program presented their final projects. A total of nine projects were presented.
The focus of the project was to highlight the use of investigation tools and methods of analysis in financial crime investigation. For doing this assignment, the students were required to select real-life local cases and examine the cases by proposing new investigative techniques. Through such techniques, investigators would be able to gather relevant evidences for their investigation. The presentations were very impressive indeed. It was evident that the students had done their research fairly well. Some have even conducted face to face interviews with the regulators and other enforcement agencies.
