It was the first class this morning. Fifteen master students turned up for the applied research briefing. The applied research will focus on their very own organisations. They are to identify specific management and accounting issues that they wish to solve. At the end of class, we discussed some very interesting issues and possible topics for their applied research project. Next week they will present their proposals. All in all, they are very receptive and committed to finish their research project by October this year.
