Vision for New Journals

ARI's vision is to register all our journals with either Scopus and/or ISI Thomson (Web of Science). Currently, they are already indexed with Cabel's, Ebscohost and Ulrich directories. All new journals initiated by research centres must be initiated correctly: i.e. make sure all journals are published consistently (at least two issues per year); Editorial board members must comprise of people who themselves are authors who have published in citation-indexed journals; There's diversity in editorial board membership (preferable they must be from all seven continents); at least the abstracts & references must be in English; articles in journals must be cited by others and journals must be published on time.
