Indonesia Visit - Day 3
On our last day visit in Indonesia, we met up with researchers whose research interest is in the area of forensic accounting. Dr Hendi who is the Head of the forensic accounting research group graduated with PhD in Forensic Accounting from the University of Wollongong, Australia. We agreed in principle to collaborate in two research projects related to (i)cost of corruption and anti-corruption mechanism and (ii) Behavioural perspective of financial criminology. The projects will involve comparative analysis between Malaysia and Indonesia. Besides research, the researchers have also agreed to jointly publish a forensic accounting bulletin - a professional journal/magezine. All in all, our Indonesian visits have been successful...
