Visit by MICG Advisor
Collaboration between the Accounting Research Institute (ARI), UiTM and the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG) has been long standing. On 10 February 2012 (Friday) we were honored to have En Sahab Hj Din (Advisor to MICG) at ARI to discuss possible research collaboration in the area of Governance in Islamic Finance and Financial Criminology. En Sahab was also kind enough to give his feedbacks on our questionnaire for the project Executive Directors Performance Assessment, a collaborative effort between ARI and Institute Bank Bank Malaysia (IBBM). Professor Dr Rashidah Abdul Rahman (Deputy Director) and En Wan Mohammad Taufik Wan Abdullah (PhD candidate) were grateful to En Sahab for his valuable input on the questionnaire. At the end of the meeting, En Sahab has tentatively agreed to work with ARI on a few of the research projects that will take off in 2012.
